Why Should I Choose A Professional Cleaning Service To Clean My Home?
When hiring a cleaning person/company, you are inviting someone into your home, which is one of the biggest investments that you will ever make. We recommend hiring only persons or companies that have taken the time to consider your needs by having a hand in protecting you in case of accident or loss. Anyone can gather some cleaners and a vacuum and call themselves a cleaner…..However, only a professional will be able to provide you with proof of their liability insurance and bond. Also, we recommend that you only work with those who take the time to learn the proper cleaning techniques for today’s modern surfaces, as so many of them can be damaged by improper cleaning.

Our cleaning Pro’s come prepared, punctual, in uniform, and fully equipped to clean your home. Rest assured, our Pro’s undergo a comprehensive background check and are fully insured.

Who do you hire to clean my home?
We only bring on board the best. Once our Pro’s undergo rigorous vetting and training, only then do they take charge of cleaning your home or office space.
What do you not clean?

Unless otherwise agreed, we don’t typically:

  • Clean toys
  • Clean the inside of your fireplace
  • Pick up clutter
  • Clean your iron
  • Do laundry
  • Wash dishes
Do you bring cleaning equipment?
We supply our cleaning professionals with all the required cleaning supplies and equipment.

If you have any specific preferences for the cleaning products we use, please don’t hesitate to inform us. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests.

What should I do before you arrive?
To ensure top efficiency, kindly tidy up any toys or clothing before our arrival. Additionally, please ensure your pets have a comfortable space while we clean.
What time does your team arrive?

Our working hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, during which we work to meet all clients’ cleaning requirements.

While we cannot warranty our exact arrival time because we give every home the attention it deserves and requires, we offer arrival windows for your convenience.

What if I need to reschedule a service?

From the very beginning, we will work with your schedule to ensure that we’re cleaning your home at a time that’s most convenient for you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, we recommend that you call about 72 hours before your next scheduled service. We’ll do our best to accommodate all of your scheduling needs.

What if I am not happy with your cleaning?
During your initial consultation, we will craft a personalized cleaning plan to cater to your

individual needs. We understand that perfection may not always be achievable, so we stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee.

If there are any errors, we are pleased to rectify them at no extra charge when you contact us within 24 hours of the last service.

Are you okay with pets being in the home during a cleaning service?
Yes, we happily welcome pets at our company.

If your pet shows any signs of aggression, we advise keeping them outside or in a secure area while our professionals are at work.

If you won’t be home during our visit, kindly inform us how to manage cleaning around your pet.

Can I tip your housecleaners?

While tips aren’t expected, we’re allowed to accept them. Some of our clients prefer to tip a little at the end of each service while others provide a large tip at the end of the year.
